- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was left a life insurance policy with Farm Bureau Insurance by my Grandmother. The policy was to cover me, but was owned by my Grandmother. I went into the office with all the court documents to get this changed. I worked with a female there who said all the paperwork had to go to the home office and she would take care of if. I got the first bill and and nothing had changed. I called several times and go no response. I went in and the female was not there so, I talked to a male. He was going to follow up and have the female call me. Nothing happened. I got another bill and no change. I decided to cash in the policy and went to the office and talked with a new male, who said nothing had been done and he couldn't find a file or any trace of my request being processed. He was going to follow up with me and after a week of not hearing anything I called him back and was completely ignored. I called the original female back and she said all the paper work done had not reached the home office and would have to be done over. This process started in November and it is now the middle of July.January 23, 2017by Jim Wright
